Appointment & Cancellation Policy

  • FMP requires a deposit on the day of scheduling your appointment. 
  • FMP guarantees after the deposit has been paid your appointment slot is secured.
  • FMP will send an appointment confirmation after your deposit has been paid.
  • FMP will send an appointment reminder 72 & 24 hours before the scheduled appointment date.
  • FMP requires ALL cancellations or rescheduling be made 24 hours in advance from the day of your scheduled appointment.
  • FMP will charge for roundtrip mileage if commute to the clients location had been made without being notified of cancellation.
  • FMP requires that ALL cancellations must be made in writing (Ex. Voicemail, text message, email). *If cancellation was made via phone call, a confirmation email and/or text message will be sent to the client to confirm their cancellation*
