Collection, Processing & Delivery Policy

FMP is only responsible for the collection, processing & delivery of specimens collected during the services FMP had provided the client. 

FMP is not responsible for an damages, error's or discrepancies the testing laboratory commits after specimens have been dropped off and/or during testing at the testing laboratory. 

FMP is not a testing or diagnostic laboratory and does not preform any form of laboratory testing.

FMP has no control of the turn around time that the laboratory provides. 

FMP is not responsible for sending results, all results are sent to the ordering provider by the testing laboratory.

FMP is not responsible for any invoices you receive from the testing laboratory, invoices are occasionally sent for tests that your insurance does not cover.
